Our Vision

- To train pastors through the establishment of study centers under local leadership in each country.
- To plant new churches that are passionately committed to the reformed faith and gospel renewal and expansion.
Our Mission
- To see one hundred new Presbyterian and Reformed churches planted in predominantly Muslim areas by the 2013.
Our Concept of Partnership
The West Africa Partnership seeks to coordinate Church Planting Movements across:
- 9 Countries
- 130 Million People
- 30 Major Tribes
Partners Will...
- Our partnership is a collaboration of American churches and organizations that share a vision to expand the kingdom of God in a geographical area, a people group, and a community.
- Partners will align their complementary gifts and abilities in a spirit of cooperation with each other and their field partners, to act in unity towards their vision of God’s heart for every people.
- Partners will collaborate in affirming shared fundamental beliefs, defining clear roles, and establishing goals, action steps, and appropriate means of evaluating results.
West Africa Partnership: High Priority Countries & Target Zone
The geographical scope of WAP is West Africa, including nine countries with a combined population of 130 million, and comprising 30 major tribes. Most of these countries fall within the zone of the “10-40 Window.” In over 70% of this West African geographic territory Islam is the predominant religion. Furhtermore, the people are some of the least-reached in the world, having little or no access to the Gospel message of salvation.
